Housing Programs

NM Home Solutions works with housing authorities, tribal housing entities, nonprofits, local governments, and industry partners to turn affordable housing goals into delivered homes. We bring manufactured-housing industry experience, HUD Code and New Mexico regulatory knowledge, and hands-on project management to every stage, from program design through occupancy.

Current Work: Housing New Mexico HIP

Working with Zia Factory Outlet through Housing New Mexico’s Home Improvement Program (HIP) Manufactured Home Dealer/Installer process, we serve as project manager and point of contact on manufactured-home replacement projects. HIP replaces deteriorated manufactured homes with new HUD-Code homes, with a full scope that runs from demolition and removal through site preparation, utility connections, installation, inspections, and occupancy.

Built for Public Procurement

We understand the requirements that come with public funding, including 2 CFR 200 procurement standards, HOME and Housing Trust Fund programs, three-party agreements, change-order controls, and itemized cost documentation. We respond to RFPs, RFQs, and ITBs and welcome inclusion on vendor and approved-provider lists.

Start With Your Organization’s Needs

Whether you are exploring a housing concept, developing a replacement initiative, or preparing a solicitation, we welcome a conversation.
