Who We Are
NM Home Solutions, LLC is an Albuquerque-based housing consulting firm focused on manufactured and modular housing. We help individual buyers find the right new home, and we help housing agencies, tribal housing entities, nonprofits, and local governments plan and deliver affordable housing.
Our Approach
Practical technical guidance, strong coordination, and attention to the people each project serves. Whether we are helping one family choose a home or managing a program-funded replacement, we focus on the details that make a project work.

Carl Ulibarri, Co-owner
Carl Ulibarri served on the New Mexico State Manufactured Housing Committee under Governors Bill Richardson, Susana Martinez, and Michelle Lujan Grisham, including as Chairman during his most recent appointment. He has also served as President of the New Mexico Manufactured Housing Association and as Director of the Energy Smart Academy at Santa Fe Community College.
Carl has also held leadership roles in building materials and manufactured-housing services. Today he brings that experience to manufactured-home replacement, program consulting, and housing policy, including project management of replacement homes through Housing New Mexico’s Home Improvement Program.

How Our Business Works

This lets us offer both independent guidance and a direct path to purchasing and installing a new home.
